INGREDIENTS

150 GR COOKED ANGEL HAIR PASTA

100 GR PRAWNS COOKED, 41/50

20 GR BLACK OLIVES, JULIENNE

20 GR ROCKET LETTUCE

120 GR PEPPERONCINE IN OLIVE OIL

2 GR CHOPPED GARLIC

30 ML OLIVE OIL

50 ML WHITE WINE

SALT

PEPPER

OLIVE TAPENAD

PREPARATION INSTRUCTION

A)      HEAT UP THE OLIVE OIL AND SAUTE THE GARLIC.

B)      ADD THE PEPPERONCINE AND DEGLACE WITH WHITE WINE.

C)      ADD THE PASTA AND THE COOKED PRAWNS, BLACK OLIVES AND SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.

D)      ADD LAST MINUTE THE ROCKET LEAVES AND TOSS WELL.

E)      PUT IN A PASTA BOWL AND PUT THE OLIVE TAPENADE ON TOP.
